In 2013, after twenty-seven years of service at the iconic 63rd Street location, Le Bilboquet moved its doors just blocks away to East 60th Street. To honor the original restaurant, you’ll find no sign at the door. Green awnings adorn the entrance and serve as Le Bilboquet’s only marking.
Philippe Delgrange, the restaurant’s owner and devoted caretaker is a permanent fixture in his dining room, where he serves his loyal guests daily – many of whom have had standing reservations for decades. 
While Le Bilboquet has attracted a community of bon vivants, Philippe loves meeting new guests and fostering new relationships to breathe fresh energy into his establishment.
